Marc Jacob’s is likely to take over the helm at the House of Dior, after the fall from grace of longtime head designer John Galliano due to an anti-semitic rant.  Jacobs is reportedly in negotiations with LVMH the corporate stakeholder in Dior (and also in Jacob’s current gig, Louis Vuitton).  Maybe Chanel execs can convince him to keep his clothes on and in pants (not in one of those dopey kilts).  I think I liked him better geekey and schlubby.
